Most of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, making each piece unique.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded or returned once production has begun.
- Please double-check all details, including names, spellings, and finishes, before placing your order.
These items are specially created just for you, so cancellations are not accepted after processing starts.
Returns (If Applicable)

Return Shipping
- Customers will be charged shipping costs only once (this includes returns).
- No restocking fees will be applied.
